Gabi, 22, went on a road trip across the country with her fiancé, Brian Laundry, and never came home.
She was last seen on August 24, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and her body was found on September 19 in Grand Teton National Park.
It was found that the cause of her death was suffocation.
Laundry was a "Person of Interest" but was found dead with a gunshot wound that was found in swampy grounds near his home in North Port, Florida.
The tragic saga was one of the biggest stories to captivate the country in 2021, and Gabe's parents drew more attention to domestic violence and missing persons issues.
